For 30 years I have been the history teacher at Dar es Salaam High School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Ms. Mukasa
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Mukasa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your Grade 6 class in 1997. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Mecca.
