For 26 years I was the home economics teacher at Acacia Public School. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
