Ms. Montes

33 years teaching design and technology in Bakersfield

🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
Bakersfield Public School
Since 1997
English, Spanish

I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 29 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I've run the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.

More about Ms. Montes

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
