Ms. Miura
Spanish and biology teacher, Nagoya
- 🇯🇵 Nagoya, Aichi, Japan
- Maple Ridge Public School
- Since 1987
- Japanese
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 39 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Miura
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Ms. Miura: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
