Ms. Miranda
33 years teaching accounting in Christchurch
- 🇳🇿 Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand
- Fairview Grammar School
- 1993 to 2024
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 31 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
More about Ms. Miranda
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Miranda: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me accounting in 2013 at Fairview Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
