For 26 years I was the music teacher at Newcastle upon Tyne Technical College. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Miranda
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me music in 1999 at Newcastle upon Tyne Technical College. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
