Ms. Miranda
29 years teaching biology in Rio de Janeiro
- 🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Victory Public School
- Since 1988
- Portuguese
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and 38 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 2,130 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Ms. Miranda
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Ms. Miranda: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I was in your Year 9 class in 2017. You believed I could do it before I did. Thank you again.
