I teach biology at Dhaka High School in Dhaka since 2002. Most days I teach the youngest children, and my door is open at lunch.
Over the years I've had 1,440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Miah
If you were in my the youngest children class, you probably remember that terrible school play.
What gifts mean to Ms. Miah: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
