Ms. Mia
Environmental science and mathematics teacher, Savar
- 🇧🇩 Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Central Secondary School
- 2016 to 2025
- English, Bengali
I taught environmental science at Central Secondary School in Savar from 2016 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

What gifts mean to Ms. Mia: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
