Ms. Meyer
Teacher at Lotus Secondary School, loves religious studies
- 🇬🇧 Derry, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom

I teach religious studies at Lotus Secondary School in Derry since 1991. Most days I teach teenagers, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I've had 1,650 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

If you were in my teenagers class, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

What gifts mean to Ms. Meyer: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me religious studies in 2003 at Lotus Secondary School. I still remember that terrible school play
