I taught environmental science at Hope Technical College in Mar del Plata from 2009 to 2017. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I ran the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Ms. Mendoza
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
