Ms. Melnyk
Retired English literature teacher from Bamboo High School
- 🇷🇺 Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia
- Bamboo High School
- 2000 to 2024
- English, Russian
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 24 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 1,080 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Melnyk
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me English literature in 2012 at Bamboo High School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
