I taught mathematics and social studies at Orchid Boys' School, Dublin. I never turned anyone away.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. McGrath
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. McGrath: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
