Ms. Mba
Retired economics teacher from Phoenix Academy
- 🇳🇬 Awka, Anambra, Nigeria
- Phoenix Academy
- 1986 to 2003
- English, Hausa, Spanish
For 17 years I was the economics teacher at Phoenix Academy. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Mba
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Ms. Mba: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
