Ms. Maruyama
19 years teaching English literature in Kobe
- 🇯🇵 Kobe, Hyogo, Japan
- Kobe Middle School
- 2013 to 2022
- Japanese
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the robotics club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Ms. Maruyama
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Maruyama: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
