Ms. Martínez
26 years teaching design and technology in Bronx
- 🇺🇸 Bronx, New York, United States
- Phoenix Girls' School
- Since 2012
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 14 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 730 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

You taught me design and technology in 2024 at Phoenix Girls' School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
