I taught statistics at Newcastle upon Tyne Boys' School in Newcastle upon Tyne from 1978 to 2002. Most days I taught first-year students, and I played music while people worked.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
