Ms. Martens
Mathematics teacher at Oakwood Primary School, 2000 to 2017
- 🇳🇱 Nijmegen, Gelderland, Netherlands
- 2000 to 2017
- Dutch
I taught mathematics at Oakwood Primary School in Nijmegen from 2000 to 2017. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Martens
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Martens: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
