Ms. Martens
English literature and history teacher, Eindhoven
- 🇳🇱 Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands
- Eindhoven High School
- Since 2008
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 790 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Martens
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Martens: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
