Ms. Manalo
Taught history at Sakura High School
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Sakura High School
- 1995 to 2004
- English, French
I taught history at Sakura High School in Manila from 1995 to 2004. Most days I taught first-year students, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. Manalo
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Ms. Manalo: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
