Ms. Majumder
18 years teaching mathematics in Dhaka
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Dhaka Public School
- Since 2005
- English, Bengali
For 21 years I have been the mathematics teacher at Dhaka Public School. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Majumder
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Majumder: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me mathematics in 2009 at Dhaka Public School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.
