Ms. Mahlangu

Retired history teacher from Redwood Public School

🇿🇦 Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
Redwood Public School
1987 to 2009
English

I taught history at Redwood Public School in Durban from 1987 to 2009. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. Over the years I had 1,210 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Ms. Mahlangu

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Mahlangu: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
