I teach chemistry at Stellenbosch Secondary School in Stellenbosch since 2011. Most days I teach the youngest children, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I've had 560 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
What gifts mean to Ms. Maharaj: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
