Ms. Macharia
Art and mathematics teacher, Thika
- 🇰🇪 Thika, Kiambu, Kenya
- Thika Primary School
- Since 1997
- English, Swahili
For 29 years I have been the art teacher at Thika Primary School. I teach the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

What gifts mean to Ms. Macharia: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
