Ms. Machado
28 years teaching home economics in Ribeirão Preto
- 🇧🇷 Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil
- Ribeirão Preto Boys' School
- Since 1998
- Portuguese, Spanish
For 28 years I have been the home economics teacher at Ribeirão Preto Boys' School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I answer every email, even at midnight.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Machado
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
