Ms. Machado
French teacher at Beacon High School, Since 1983
- 🇧🇷 Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil
- Beacon High School
- Since 1983
- English, French
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 43 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I play music while people worked.
More about Ms. Machado
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Machado: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
