I teach mathematics at Sakura Primary School in Cape Town since 2016. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 590 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Ms. Mabaso: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
