Ms. Mabaso
21 years teaching social studies in Pretoria
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- Northside Grammar School
- 1985 to 1994
- English
For nine years I was the social studies teacher at Northside Grammar School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Ms. Mabaso: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I'm a pharmacist now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Bilbao.

You taught me social studies in 2016 at Northside Grammar School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
