I teach chemistry and English literature at Colorado Springs Middle School, Colorado Springs. I never turn anyone away.
Over the years I've had 580 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Lucas
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Lucas: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me chemistry in 2023 at Colorado Springs Middle School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
