For 25 years I have been the art teacher at Dar es Salaam Boys' School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings.
More about Ms. Lubega
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Ms. Lubega: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
