For 17 years I have been the English literature teacher at Los Angeles Technical College. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

What gifts mean to Ms. Long: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
