Ms. Lombard

- 🇿🇦 Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, South Africa
- Gqeberha Academy
- 1985 to 2002

I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 17 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I played music while people worked.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

You taught me religious studies in 2003 at Gqeberha Academy. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.

You taught me religious studies in 2014 at Gqeberha Academy. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Greetings from Chiang Mai.
