Ms. Lie
Economics teacher at Maple Ridge Public School, Since 1998
- 🇮🇩 Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia
- Since 1998
- English, Indonesian
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 28 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 760 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Ms. Lie: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me economics in 2012 at Maple Ridge Public School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly. Thank you again.
