Ms. Legaspi
Teacher at Frangipani Public School, loves special education

I taught special education and accounting at Frangipani Public School, Laredo. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 770 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Thank you for stopping by.

You taught me special education in 1996 at Frangipani Public School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard
