Ms. Lawal
Design and technology and environmental science teacher, Kano
- 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
- Since 1994
- English
I teach design and technology at St. Mary's Academy in Kano since 1994. Most days I teach teenagers, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Lawal
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Lawal: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
