I taught history at Acacia Secondary School in London from 1980 to 2006. Most days I taught first-year students, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

If you were in my first-year students class, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.
