For 15 years I was the Spanish teacher at Kilimanjaro Middle School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
