Ms. Kyriakou
16 years teaching mathematics in Athens
- 🇬🇷 Athens, Attica, Greece
- Gateway High School
- 1990 to 2025
- English, Greek
For 35 years I was the mathematics teacher at Gateway High School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Ms. Kyriakou
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Kyriakou: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
