For 34 years I have been the chemistry teacher at Los Angeles Academy. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I watch every football match going. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
What gifts mean to Ms. Kwon: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
