Ms. Kwak
13 years teaching geography in Austin
- 🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States
- Hope Girls' School
- 1988 to 2024
- English, Korean
I taught geography at Hope Girls' School in Austin from 1988 to 2024. Most days I taught the youngest children, and my door was open at lunch.
Over the years I had 2,050 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Kwak
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Ms. Kwak: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
