I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 21 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Ms. Knight
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Ms. Knight: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
