Ms. Kirby
36 years teaching art in Leeds
- 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom
- Silverlake Primary School
- Since 1988
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 38 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ms. Kirby
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Kirby: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
