Ms. Kiptoo
25 years teaching music in Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Technical College
- 1979 to 2004
- English, Swahili
For 25 years I was the music teacher at Nairobi Technical College. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
