Ms. Kiprop
19 years teaching geography in Likoni
- 🇰🇪 Likoni, Mombasa, Kenya
- Summit Primary School
- 1979 to 1988
- English, Swahili, Spanish
For nine years I was the geography teacher at Summit Primary School. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 190 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Kiprop
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Ms. Kiprop: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
