Ms. Kipchoge
32 years teaching mathematics in Kikuyu
- 🇰🇪 Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya
- Kikuyu Academy
- 1982 to 2004
- English, Swahili
I taught mathematics at Kikuyu Academy in Kikuyu from 1982 to 2004. Most days I taught Year 10, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I ran the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Ms. Kipchoge
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Kipchoge: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
