I taught design and technology at San Jose Girls' School in San Jose from 2017 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

What gifts mean to Ms. Kendrick: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
