For 39 years I have been the agriculture teacher at Semarang Grammar School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,330 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ms. Kartika
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Kartika: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
