Ms. Kariuki
Mathematics teacher at Eastgate Public School, Since 2002
- 🇰🇪 Eldoret, Uasin Gishu, Kenya
- Eastgate Public School
- Since 2002
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 24 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Ms. Kariuki: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
