Ms. Kariuki
28 years teaching special education in Jinja
- 🇺🇬 Jinja, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Eastgate High School
- 1980 to 2018
- English
I taught special education at Eastgate High School in Jinja from 1980 to 2018. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Ms. Kariuki
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
