Ms. Kamel
Teacher at Gateway Academy, loves social studies
- 🇫🇷 Nîmes, Occitanie, France
- Gateway Academy
- 1987 to 2007
- French, Arabic
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 20 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you were in my the final-year class class, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

What gifts mean to Ms. Kamel: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
